What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity. Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering restricted areas to maintain authorized entry. Assist with enforcing site-specific policies related to access control and visitor management. Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or irregularities according to company and client protocols. Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services as needed during critical situations. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to employees and visitors. Minimum Requirements: A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
