What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter theft, loss, and other unwanted activity. Observe for suspicious behavior or activity and report findings according to site protocols. Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrol activities, security-related incidents, and any interactions requiring documentation. Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring entrances, exits, and inventory-sensitive areas. Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and local authorities as required. Minimum Requirements: Experience in loss prevention, access control or badge systems, alarm panels, and/or CPR and first aid is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
