As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a high-traffic commercial real estate destination, you will conduct routine foot patrols, remain highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and assist tenants, guests, and vendors with clear communication and courteous service. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with medical calls, disturbances, and policy violations, and promptly notifying appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior and exterior areas, including common areas, entrances, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes, to help to deter unwanted activity. Monitor access points and help manage visitor flow as needed, including checking credentials when assigned, providing directions, and documenting unauthorized access attempts. Complete detailed reports and logs, including patrol observations, incident reports, and maintenance or hazard notifications, and communicate updates to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
