What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior. Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and client protocols. Collaborate with law enforcement and/or emergency services as necessary during critical situations. Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and vendors to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience. Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent. Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Act 235 qualification is required for positions in Pennsylvania. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
