Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver outstading customer service to staff and visitors
  • Take a active interest in, and give commitment to the client and tenants
  • Ensure that the environment and service is truly excellent and beyond expectation
  • Be flexible ad adaptable to all tasks or challenges
  • Appropriate use of CCTV/access cotrol and any other electronic management system, and completion of reports and documentation in a timely fashion
  • Be familiar with all Security ad Emergency procedures on site and assist in the facilitation of their safe execution and practice. There may also be a need to become a fire marshal and first aider if applicable all training will be provided
  • All Assigment Instructions / Operations Manual or Standard Operating Procedures are to be reviewed, understood and followed
  • To complete ay other reasonable task as instructed by your line manager or other Senior Manager, either UniTrust or at the request of the Client and/or tenants
  • To support iternal and external audit processes from UniTrust Security representatives, Client/Tenant Representatives, the SIA, any other relevant body with a relevant interest and valid reason for inspection or compliance checks
  • Be prepared to maage a wide variety and diversity of scenarios, people and challenges
  • Act i accordance with Company Policies and Procedures and our Code of Conduct

SECURITY SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome ad assist staff, clients, tenants and visitors to the premises in a warm and courteous fashion maintaining excellence as a standard throughout the customer journey
  • Esuring that no unauthorised persons are permitted in prohibited areas
  • Check idetity and credentials of staff, contractors and visitors where required
  • Work with all colleagues to esure the integrity of security on the site
  • Rotation on different posts
  • Have a outstanding knowledge of the premises (inside and external) and able to assist staff, clients, tenants and visitors with their queries
  • Direct all deliveries as required (to the Loadig Bay)
  • Respond to alarms
  • Key Cotrol
  • Record details of ay suspected criminal activity on the premises (internal and external); commencing investigative procedures prior to onward reporting where necessary.
  • Develop ad maintain positive relationships with all staff, visitors, tenants, service providers and clients.
