  • Either a current and valid SIA (DS as a minimum) license OR with a view to obtaining an SIA licence if not already held.
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver outstading customer service to staff and visitors
  • Take a active interest in, and give commitment to the client and tenants
  • Ensure that the environment and service is truly excellent and beyond expectation
  • Promote the cliet, tenants other service providers positively to all you come in to contact with, throughout the customer journey
  • Be flexible ad adaptable to all tasks or challenges
  • Be highly presetable, accountable; take responsibility and ownership for any tasks identified or allocated
  • Ensure all contact, be it internal or external; by telephone, face to face or any other medium; is clear, courteous, polite, professional and respectful
  • Ensure complete client/tenant/other service provider confidentiality; protecting people and information is paramount
  • Appropriate use of CCTV/access cotrol and any other electronic management system, and completion of reports and documentation in a timely fashion whilst always remaining inside any SIA license, GDPR or other relevant procedures and legal restraints.
  • Be familiar with all Security ad Emergency procedures on site and assist in the facilitation of their safe execution and practice. There may also be a need to become a fire marshal and first aider if applicable all training will be provided
  • All Assigment Instructions / Operations Manual or Standard Operating Procedures are to be reviewed, understood and followed
  • Embrace ad deliver the bespoke training requirements, specific to contractual obligation or regulation
  • Completio of rostered duties and all associated tasks or responsibilities to the highest possible standard

SECURITY SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome ad assist staff, clients, tenants and visitors to the premises in a warm and courteous fashion maintaining excellence as a standard throughout the customer journey
  • Ensuring that no unauthorised persons are permitted in prohibited areas
  • Check idetity and credentials of staff, contractors and visitors where required
  • Work with all colleagues to esure the integrity of security on the site
  • Early idetification and mitigation of any threats to persons, premises or property, escalating where appropriate to do so
  • Rotation on different posts
  • Have a outstanding knowledge of the premises (inside and external) and able to assist staff, clients, tenants and visitors with their queries
  • Direct all deliveries as required (to the Loadig Bay) unless out of hours
  • Key Cotrol including all keys that are signed out.
