SECURITY OFFICER Location: Atlanta, GA, 30308 POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a friendly, outgoing Concierge Security Officer who enjoys protecting and helping others. We hire smiling faces! The ideal candidate will be able to build comradery and trust with fellow officers, property owners, tenants, and guests while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor. This role requires clear oral and written communication skills, the ability to patrol the property (including being mobile and on your feet for extended periods), and a willingness to take ownership of your role and go the extra mile. Problem solving and analytical skills are a plus. Availability to work weekends is required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Engage with customers to create a positive experience. * Enforce the code of conduct for the property. * Coordinate with law enforcement and property management as needed. * Patrol the property served, maintaining visibility and vigilance. * Build and maintain trust and comradery with officers, property owners, tenants, and guests. REQUIREMENTS * Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for protecting and helping others. * Professional appearance and demeanor. * Clear oral and written communication skills. * Ability to patrol property on foot and be mobile for long periods. * Willingness to take ownership and go the extra mile. * Problem solving and analytical skills a plus. * Ability to work weekends. * Pass a drug screen. * Clear criminal record. QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or equivalent (required). * Hospitality service experience (preferred). * Valid Driver's License (preferred). ```
