What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel. Assist visitors and employees with inquiries and provide directions as needed. Follow all site-specific guidelines while maintaining a visible presence throughout the assigned area. Support Allied Universal operations by completing required reports and documentation as directed by management. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
