What You'll Do: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner. Interact professionally with visitors, employees, and contractors while maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence. Follow all instructions and protocols provided by Allied Universal and site management to support the security-related objectives of the location. Minimum Requirements: A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
