What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following company and site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible presence. Monitor for suspicious activity or potential hazards and report findings according to established procedures. Work closely with retail staff and management to address security-related concerns within the location. Document all incidents and observations clearly and accurately in daily activity reports. Assist with crowd management and access control as needed during peak hours or special events at the retail location. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. This is primarily a driving post; previous driving experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
