What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns within the location. Collaborate with team members and site personnel to address security-related matters as they arise. Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and promote a secure environment. Complete required documentation and incident reports in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific protocols. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
