What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergency situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to deter unwanted activity within the location. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior, adapting to the unique environment of a chemical and petrochemical location. Monitor entrances and exits, verifying credentials and/or visitor access as required. Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences encountered during patrols. Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and site personnel to provide assistance and relay important information. Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols, remaining alert to changing conditions within the location. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
