What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a critical technology location. Control access by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining entry and exit logs, and directing visitors to authorized areas. Monitor alarms, cameras, and other building systems; investigate irregular activity and report findings per site protocols to help to deter unauthorized access. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and communicating updates to site contacts and/or dispatch. Conduct regular and random patrols of interior spaces, loading areas, and the perimeter, noting and reporting maintenance issues, policy concerns, and unusual conditions. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
