What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or behavior. Document and communicate any unusual observations or incidents according to Allied Universal protocols. Assist with access control procedures, verifying identification and/or credentials as required by site policies. Support emergency response efforts by guiding individuals and coordinating with local authorities as needed. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disruptions and provide reassurance to those at the location. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
