You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service through clear communication with riders, staff, and visitors. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to riders, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at public transportation facilities. Conduct regular and random patrols of transit buildings, platforms, parking areas, and perimeter routes; working environments and conditions may vary by location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, suspicious activity, and/or medical situations, and coordinate with local public service personnel as needed. Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, assist with queuing and crowd flow during peak service times, and help to deter unauthorized entry, loitering, and/or property damage. Document patrol activity, incidents, and/or policy violations in written reports, and communicate timely updates to site leadership and Allied Universal management. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. A Valid Driver's License is required Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
