Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Location: Sydney CBD
  • Casual Roles available (minimum of 5 days per week)
  • Weekday Shifts (no weekends)

    Wilson Security is expanding in the NSW region, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the region.
    This growth has created new roles within our team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.
    These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems, CCTV checks and downloads
  • Troubleshooting alarm and CCTV equipment with Branch staff and technicians
  • Incident response for physical security incidents over the phone – providing advice to staff, organising emergency services, writing incident reports, etc
  • Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & client
  • Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk
  • Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
  • Responding to emergency situations
  • Ad-hoc duties
