Description We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Security Officer to help create a safe, welcoming, and secure environment for both our guests and team members. This role is ideal for someone who is attentive, calm under pressure, and passionate about delivering exceptional service while upholding the highest safety standards. As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and well-being of our property. You will actively patrol the premises, identify and address potential risks, and ensure all safety protocols are followed. In addition to your security responsibilities, you will also serve as a supportive presence for guests, assisting with general service needs and enhancing their overall experience. This is a part-time position that requires a graveyard shift and weekend and holiday availability. All candidates must undergo a background check. Requirements At least 1 year of Security experience Conflict management skills Safety hazard identification skills Ability to read, write and follow through with written instruction Ability to work independently and with a team Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in emergencies Good guest and employee relations skills Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation Essential Function: In order to perform the duties and requirement for this job, you must have the following physical abilities: Speak, hear, and understand speech at normal levels with or without aids.
