We are currently seeking 3 x casual Security Officers to support Woolworths Rosebud and Cowes (Victorian Southeastern suburbs). Hourly rates for this role are aligned with Level 1 of the Security Services Award. The hours of operation for the role are New Years Eve (31stDecember 2025): Wednesday 3pm to 11pm The opportunity offers a dynamic and rewarding experience at a major Woolworths store. Your primary objective will be to discreetly deter theft, prevent loss, and support a safe shopping environment for both staff and customers. Key responsibilities: Provide a customer service and safety presence at entries and points of payment maintaining an effective security presence. Perform visual surveillance to identify and deter theft, shoplifting, or suspicious activity. Provide swift and professional responses to incidents, supporting staff and emergency procedures as appropriate. Support adherence to Woolworths and CONSTANT operational, safety, and security protocols. Deliver respectful and professional assistance to staff, customers, and delivery teams during busy trading periods. Accurately complete electronic shift, incident, and compliance reports. Engage with management, emergency services, and wider security teams as needed. Uphold CONSTANT’s core values: Integrity, Community, Collaboration, Excellence, and Inclusion. Key requirements: Current security licence (VIC or appropriate state/territory equivalent). Nationally accredited First Aid and CPR certifications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong personal responsibility, able to work both independently and collaboratively in a diverse team.
