As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the security of our premises and protecting the public from unlawful activities. We are looking for a competent and professional security Officer. The ideal candidate will be able to undertake the following duties successfully.

EXPERIENCE:

• Valid security officer license.
• Previous experience as a security officer or guard preferred.

• Patrol premises regularly to maintain a positive reputation as a deterrent to crime.
• Inspect buildings and equipment for compliance with specifications and rules.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and report any malfunctioning or damage to the system or devices.
• Remove unauthorized people from premises.
• Provide assistance to people in need.
• Apprehend and detain persons who are in violation of premises policies and procedures.
• Take detailed notes of observations and events.
• Report all suspicious people or vehicles.
• Do required bookwork and complete forms as instructed by supervisor.
