Posted: Friday, April 3, 2026 Close: Tuesday, April 14, 2026 JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the safety and protection of all guests, team members and casino property; promotes superior guest relations and safe, friendly environment. Responsible to respond to calls of service and/or emergencies. SUPERVISION EXCERCISED:  None. LICENSE REQUIRED: Must obtain and hold a Class III gaming license while employed and complete an annual background check with TGA. MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED FOR POSITION: One (1) year experience required in one of the following areas:  security, law enforcement, military, emergency response or two years of guest service.  Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.  Valid Washington State Driver’s License required.   High School Diploma or GED required. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to walk or stand for prolonged periods to time; ability to lift or move (50) lbs. or more. Ability to work any shift, work nights, weekends, holidays and events as required. Maintain visibility while on duty to minimize the opportunity for loss or damage. 8. Resolves any guest complaints or concerns, or directs them to the proper supervisor for resolution. 9. Have computer and report writing skills for incident reporting. 10. Be accountable to regulatory documents. 11. Good public relations skills, professional appearance and demeanor. 12. Must have excellent verbal/written communication and problem solving skills. 13. Ability to maintain professionalism in stressful situations.                 14. Builds relationships inside and outside of their department / team to improve ways of working and provide a great guest experience. 15.
