REQUIREMENTS:

• Current NSW Security Licence
• Valid RSA Competency Card
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Professional presentation and attitude
• Availability for night and weekend shifts
• Previous experience in licensed venues is highly regarded

As a Security Officer in a licensed venue, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff. Your strong communication skills and professional presence will help ensure a positive and respectful atmosphere at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide a visible security presence at licensed venues
• Monitor patron behaviour and manage entry requirements
• Respond to incidents calmly and professionally
• Work closely with venue staff and emergency services when required
• Write clear and accurate incident reports
• Enforce RSA compliance and venue policies
