MSS Security is seeking Security Officers to work across two of our sites. Applicants must hold a current NV1 clearance or be able to obtain one. In addition, a site-specific OSA clearance will also be required. The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will also build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties may include but are not limited to: Continual monitoring of CCTV and radio communications systems Maintaining visitor and contractor access, passes and escort Liaising with police and emergency response services Maintain Access Control system. Responding professionally, courteously and promptly to all customer enquiries. Monitoring and responding to fire and alarm panel alerts. Foot Patrols Maintaining logs and records of occurrences in a computer log, completing necessary paperwork, and using computer terminal to input and retrieve data in multiple systems. Skills & Experience Must be an Australian Citizen and hold an NV1 Clearance or be willing to obtain AFP OSA security clearance desirable Certificate II in Security Operations (Or Higher) Current QLD Security licence with Unarmed, Crowd Control and Monitoring components Current First Aid & CPR Drivers License Must have a minimum of 2 years recent security experience.
