They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:* Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & client* Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems* Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk* Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification* Providing support to tenants and Facilities* Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management* Responding to emergency situations* Contractor management duties* Ad-hoc dutiesWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:* Strong Customer Service Skills* Proactive and problem-solving mindset* Willing to support and step up as required into other roles* Ability to work well in a team or autonomously* Ability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)* Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights* Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports* Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)* Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods* Crowd Control endorsement will be highly desirable* Current First Aid & CPR CertificateWilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
