Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Security Operations Specialist to join our Information Security team. This role is critical in ensuring the security, integrity, and availability of our enterprise infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with email security, network access control, firewalls, cloud security, and web proxy technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in operating and maintaining security tools and technologies including- Proofpoint(Email Security), Forescout NAC(Network Access Control) ,Forcepoint proxy(Web Security & DLP) , Juniper SRX firewalls (Firewall rule management, monitoring, troubleshooting).
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to security events and incidents.
• Maintain and enforce security policies and procedures aligned with industry standards.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities.
• Perform regular reviews of firewall rules, web proxy configurations, and email filtering policies.
• Support the integration of security technologies with enterprise systems.

Role Requirements & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in managing and tuning Proofpoint email security platforms.
• Experience with Forescout NAC for network visibility and control.
• Strong understanding and administration experience of Forcepoint proxy solutions.
• Solid knowledge of Juniper SRX firewall policies, NAT, VPNs, and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to Azure cloud security services (Microsoft Defender, NSGs, Azure Firewall, etc.).
• Experience with Aruba ClearPass is a plus for policy-based network access control.
