Description HYBRID OPPORTUNITY Security Engineer Alliance InfoSystems, LLC, MSP, headquartered in Hunt Valley, MD, is seeking a Security Operations Analyst to join its Engineering team in Hunt Valley. We are looking for an individual with a passion for IT and desire for continuous improvement and learning. Responsibilities (Summary): Responsible for Implementation and operating protections such as Cybersecurity tools, EDR, SIEM. Initiates test plans to respond to and recover from security events and trends. Provides education to the workforce on security awareness and best practices. Provides guidance and recommendations regarding prioritization of investments and projects that mitigates information security risks, strengthen defenses, and reduce vulnerabilities. Works with senior level engineer staff to develop security frameworks, policies, and standards. Tasked with maintaining these areas. Monitors, investigates, and remediates security events.
