WHAT YOU’LL DO:

NinjaTrader is a fast-growing fintech operating in a regulated environment, where security is critical to our success. We are seeking a Security Operations Analyst to join our Security team. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Security & IT, you will play a key role in protecting our infrastructure, data, and users in a regulated financial services environment. This is a hands-on role focused on monitoring, investigation, and response, while also helping to mature our security processes as the company scales.
This role is ideal for someone who thinks critically, is passionate about automation, and thrives with an ownership mindset.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Monitor & respond – Perform daily SIEM monitoring, triage alerts, and escalate incidents as needed
• Vulnerability management – Run scans, analyze results, and work with engineering/ops to drive remediation
• Threat detection & phishing analysis – Investigate suspicious activity, review phishing attempts, and respond to reported malicious emails
• Security ticket handling – Manage the security ticket queue, support triage, and ensure timely resolution
• Compliance & risk support – Assist with third-party vendor risk assessments, audits, and evidence collection for regulatory requirements
• Continuous learning – Stay sharp on the latest attack techniques, tools, and defensive best practices
