JOB DESCRIPTION: COMMAND CENTER MONITOR LOCATION: WAYNE, MI, 48184 SKILLS: COMMAND CENTER MONITOR The Command Center Monitor will monitor and respond to security and safety incidents in a command center environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in security or law enforcement and be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monitor security and safety systems, including CCTV, access control, and fire alarms. * Respond to incidents and emergencies, including contacting emergency services and coordinating response efforts. * Maintain accurate records of incidents and actions taken. * Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders. * Perform other duties as assigned. * Answer 2-way radio communications professionally and helpfully while gathering information.  * Maintain building security and Command Center operations.  * Participate in job training programs.  * Perform Duties as assigned.  REQUIREMENTS: * Must have three years of driving experience. * High school diploma or equivalent * Experience in security or law enforcement * Valid Michigan Drivers License * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
