Job Description What you’ll be doing day to day: As an Apprentice Security Operations Centre Apprentice you will: Respond to alarm activations across multiple platforms Monitor CCTV and deliver timely, accurate responses Support mobile teams during call-outs Liaise with customers, contractors and emergency services Keep systems updated and maintain high-quality reporting Provide support during adverse weather, emergencies or incidents Every day brings something new — and you’ll be supported at every step, to ensure you thrive!
