QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • More than 2 years of experience in operational security or compliance roles
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, GDPR, or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of security policies, risk assessments, and audit processes
  • Knowledge of Azure and Microsoft security tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of Intune and GPO a plus
  • Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, KQL)
  • PowerBI dashboard
  • Technical knowledge of Zero Trust Model
  • Outstanding English languages written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operational Security Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring adherence to security compliance standards and policies across our IT and operational landscapes. You will work closely with internal teams to maintain security frameworks, perform compliance audits, and contribute to a secure environment for our global operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Compliance Management

  • Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
  • Perform security audits and gap analyses for operational systems and processes.
  • Develop and maintain compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.

Operational Oversight

  • Monitor and review the implementation of security controls across operational systems.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve compliance issues and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.

Collaboration and Support

  • Work closely with Security Operations, Architecture, and Innovation teams to align compliance practices.
  • Provide guidance and training to teams on security compliance requirements.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated on emerging security regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of security processes and compliance methodologies.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as required by the organization.
