Continuing education through GardaWorld Campus. Responsibilities for Security Operations Dispatcher The dispatcher is the first line for service requests. The dispatcher is responsible for awnser calls, logging the request, dispatch available guards and confirming the service with the client. Tasks include: Answering calls for service Create service tickets Scheduling employees Dispatching of guards by phone Documenting all call related information Provide support to guards and customers Complete various administrative duties Email managers to escalate situations or concerns Other tasks assigned by coordinator, operations or Account Manager, as needed. Qualifications for Security Operations Dispatcher Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status. Canadian high school diploma or equivalent. Clear criminal record and valid security licence. Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute. Fluently bilingual French and English spoken, advanced writing in English required (no writing in French required). Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 suit. Ability to take calls and communicate affectively.   SSMONC
