I-MED Radiology Network is Australia and New Zealand’s largest diagnostic imaging network, offering medical imaging and radiology services including x-ray, PET, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography and interventional procedures. What You’ll Do

  • Assist the Security Operations Manager with the Security Incident Management process, ensuring quick resolution of incidents and service requests to maintain service quality.
  • Log accurate incident and service request tickets, regularly review and resolve active tickets in the IT Helpdesk system.
  • Escalate critical incidents promptly and investigate security breaches, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage and configure security solutions (SIEM, EDR, etc.), monitor vulnerabilities, and maintain security playbooks and SOPs.
  • Support projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting effective communication and a positive team environment.
  • Engage in professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and share knowledge within the team.

About You
You are a skilled security professional with expertise in IT, security operations, and incident response. You have experience with technologies like SIEM, EDR, email security, and vulnerability management, and a strong understanding of network security, firewalls, and application security.
You are proficient in both cloud and on-premises environments, with the ability to create and maintain security playbooks. Excellent communication skills enable you to build rapport across all levels, while delivering outstanding customer service and training.
Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus, and experience in healthcare environments is preferred. Tertiary qualifications in business information systems, computer science, or IT are desirable.
