We’re hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead security operations across multiple accounts, ensuring service excellence, efficiency, and compliance. This is a leadership role for a licensed Armed Agent (Denver and/or Colorado Springs) with proven expertise in security operations, administration, and team management.

• Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and licensing compliance
• Analyze staffing trends to improve efficiency and reduce overtime
• Support emergency and crisis response protocols
