Job Summary This is a multi-site leadership role responsible for overseeing operations, managing teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Oversee daily operations across multiple client sites * Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships * Lead, coach, and develop Security Officers and Supervisors * Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll * Ensure sites are fully staffed and operating efficiently * Partner with branch leadership to address recruiting and operational needs * Maintain high standards of safety, service, and professionalism WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * 2+ years of management or supervisory experience * Background in security, military, or law enforcement * Experience managing multiple employees or locations * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation * Comfortable with basic computer systems and reporting WHY JOIN DSI?
