Security Account Manager / Site Operations Manager Full-Time Leadership Role We are a fast-growing security company in Southern California seeking a strong, dependable Account Manager/Site Operations Manager to lead security operations across assigned client sites. This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in the field, builds strong teams, and takes ownership of both people and client relationships. This is not a desk-only position. Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to respond to urgent operational issues on short notice Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of verifiable security experience 2+ years experience of supervisor or management of security teams (required) Armed license (preferred) Former law enforcement or military experience preferred Valid California Guard Card (required) Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills Calm, professional response under pressure Core Responsibilities As a Site Operations Manager, you will own the end-to-end execution of assigned client accounts, including: Serving as the primary operational point of contact for clients Managing staffing levels, schedules, and coverage across sites Resolving call-offs, last-minute changes, and coverage gaps Providing hands-on field support and filling shifts when necessary Training officers and reinforcing company standards and culture Developing and maintaining site-specific SOPs Supporting onboarding and continuous development of assigned officers Partnering closely with executive leadership and HR Managers are expected to lead from the front and remain actively involved in daily operations. Training & Advancement Path Phase 1: Field Integration & Cross-Training (Weeks 1–6) Begin as a flex officer to learn operations from the ground up. This phase focuses on company policies, client expectations, and real-world execution across multiple sites. Phase 2: Management Training & Evaluation (Weeks 6–8) Formal management onboarding, including scheduling systems, SOP reviews, HR processes, leadership evaluations, and account management training. Phase 3: Site Operations Manager Assignment (Week 8+) Promotion to Site Operations Manager with full responsibility for assigned client accounts and teams. Compensation & Incentives Base pay: $23–$27 per hour based on qualifications and prior experience Incentives paid on all hours managed, not just hours worked Effective hourly earnings up to $30/hour with incentives Performance bonuses based on reliability, leadership, and account execution Why Join Us?
