ON OFFER

We have an opportunity for a full time Security Operations Supervisor. We are seeking a professional individual with a great work ethic to become an essential member of our team. The role will consist of 38 hours per week with appropriate overtime to oversee our cash in transit, Patrol and Static guard divisions. Company vehicle and phone included.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Essential - Current Australian ‘C’ class driver license.
  • Essential - QLD Security Providers License level 3, must have CIT endorsement. Ability to obtain NSW Security License.
  • Essential - Proven experience with Microsoft office suite including an intermediate level of Excel knowledge.
  • Current QLD Weapons License category H, or meet the criteria to obtain a license.
  • Risk management and contingency planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with a cross-functional team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Well developed stakeholder management experience/customer service
  • Excellent time management and teamwork skills with the ability to seamlessly contribute to existing job functions from day one.
