Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced, values-centric trusted Cyber Security Advisor and Enterprise Security Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will lead security maturity and transformation programs, design and operationalize security frameworks across cloud, identity, network, and endpoint domains, and drive risk management, compliance alignment, and SecOps modernization. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate secure-by-design and zero trust principles, strengthening the organization’s overall cybersecurity posture.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end enterprise security maturity assessments aligned with NIST CSF and industry best practices, delivering strategic roadmaps for risk reduction and compliance.
  • Design and deploy integrated security frameworks spanning cloud, identity, network, and endpoint platforms, enhancing detection and response capabilities.
  • Direct vulnerability management and penetration testing initiatives to proactively identify and remediate security gaps.
  • Spearhead SecOps transformation efforts including SIEM deployment, automation, and incident response optimization.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to establish governance, risk management, and compliance processes supporting regulatory requirements.
  • Champion the adoption of secure-by-design practices in application development, infrastructure architecture, and cloud adoption.
  • Develop and deliver security awareness and enablement programs to elevate organizational security culture.
