SOS Group Security Services are looking for a Night Security Patrol Officer & Patrol Driver
We’re on the lookout for dedicated individuals to join our dynamic security team! If you’re passionate about maintaining a safe and secure environment, we want to hear from you. Shifts will be split between both roles.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • PSA license is required
  • Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Proficient in English- upper intermediate B2 and above
  • Well-versed with Microsoft Suite.
    Applicants must have a valid PSA license. Full training will be provided on site with extra first aid and fire training provided. If you’re ready to make a difference.
    Job Type: Permanent
    Pay: €14.50 / €16.00 per hour (dependance on role for shift)

Responsibilities
  • Monitor surveillance systems and respond to any security incidents.
  • Enforce security protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold a strong security presence.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Previous security experience preferred but not required. Perks:

  • Complete the site specific training and duties as outlined in the assignment instructions.
  • Patrol and monitor activities on the client premises to ensure the environment is safe and secure. Complete patrols using the software provided.
  • Familiarize yourself with any assignment instructions for assigned location and suggest improvements or enhance service level.
  • Log and report breaches of security procedures, fire alarm activations & Health and Safety hazards on clients site.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras, and the fire alarm as required.
  • Check in with the ARC as required.
  • Be the eyes and ears of our client, supporting residents and generally being a friendly face.
  • Secure common areas at the required times, and restrict access.
  • Be highly visible on site, patrolling regularly.
  • Prevent anti-social behavior by anticipating risks, and possible locations where groups may gather.
  • Providing detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that may have occurred
  • Maintain a highly professional image to team members, customers, staff and general public at all times
