As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol logistics and distribution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. This is a driving post, requiring you to operate a vehicle as part of your duties. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols. Assist with access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and reporting irregularities. Communicate clearly with Allied Universal supervisors and/or site management regarding incidents, concerns, or updates. Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
