Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently seeking dedicated and professional Security Personnel to join our team full-time. As part of the frontline team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests, staff, and site. This is a highly visible and valued position that contributes directly to the seamless operation of our much-loved resort.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Patrol & Protect: Conduct routine daytime patrols across our 41-acre resort, covering the theme park, retail outlets, market, and caravan sites.
  • Frontline Safety: Act as a visible deterrent to prevent theft, disorder, and damage across all public areas.
  • Door Supervision: Work as a Door Supervisor within our licensed show bars and entertainment venues, ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests.
  • Incident Response: Liaise with external agencies as needed and complete detailed incident reports and logs.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide support and assistance to guests and staff in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
  • Maintenance Support: Assist with basic on-site maintenance duties during our winter closed periods. No prior experience is required, as training is provided.
