Description
As a Security Guard with TGC, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment in a retail/residential or industrial setting. You will protect property, support tenants and customers, and respond to incidents with professionalism and integrity. Responsibilities Patrol and monitor premises to ensure safety and security of staff, tenants, and visitors. Observe and report suspicious activities, theft, or vandalism. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies. Provide excellent customer service while enforcing site rules. Complete accurate incident and shift reports. Assist law enforcement, emergency responders, and management when required. Working Conditions Retail/residential/industrial environments with high public interaction. Minimum 18 years of age (as required by law). Valid Saskatchewan Security Guard Licence (or ability to obtain one). Strong communication, observation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or customer service is an asset. First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
