JOB DESCRIPTION

Allied Universal® is hiring a Enterprise Account Portfolio Manager- Training and Culture to help service a large automotive organization in the Midwest region. The Enterprise Account Portfolio Manager- Training and Culture will be responsible for leading the effort to create, maintain, and administrate the training programs across the client portfolio, and will drive the implementation of the client culture program at all locations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three (3) years of classroom instructor experience
  • Knowledge of and experience with customer service and relations
  • Proven experience with personnel supervision and management
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines.
  • Highly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology
  • Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion
  • Proven ability to maintain correspondence, discussions, and materials in strictest confidence
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization, including with clients

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College Degree in Criminal Justice, Business, Education, or related field of study
  • Prior experience in law enforcement and/or military, and/or relevant experience at a DoD Defense Contractor site in a cleared environment
  • Current Department of Defense position appropriate level Security Clearance
Responsibilities
  • Develop training materials at all levels, from portfolio-wide efforts to individual post requirements; this may be independent or in concert with Business Area leads or site leadership
  • Develop and lead a training checklist process, ensuring that there is a training checklist for every post on the portfolio. Maintain all checklists in a central repository.
  • Host an ongoing series of new officer orientation calls, which welcomes new officers to the portfolio and informs them of culture, expectations, and other information important for their success
  • Engage officers at the conclusion of their training in order to assess effectiveness and drive enhancements or changes that may need to be made to that site’s training program.
  • Partner with portfolio and site resources to continuously update and improve post orders and ensure compatibility with HELIAUS® and Mercury for automation where appropriate
  • Take a key role in the development, growth, and distribution of a culture program for the portfolio
  • Identify overlapping aspects of Allied Universal’s culture program with client’s desired culture to emphasize in Allied Universal® training and communications with personnel assigned to contract.
  • Lead efforts to survey both company and customer personnel in order to acquire data pertaining to job satisfaction and client satisfaction; organize survey results into easily communicated formats for sharing with portfolio and client leadership
  • Lead the effort to educate and reinforce expectations and requirements of the culture program to all portfolio assigned personnel
  • Lead the development, monthly completion, and distribution of a portfolio newsletter which seeks to educate, inform, and recognize personnel assigned to the portfolio
  • Act as a resource to site leaders experiencing extraordinary recruiting requirements or surge needs; assisting with sourcing, vetting, and interviewing applicants, or assisting with other processes, including occasional travel for participation in job fairs or other events
  • Maintain a repository of existing job descriptions and assist with the development of new or revised job descriptions
  • Manage a program in which we solicit support from new officers at intervals following their training, in order to gauge the effectiveness of their training both from their perspective and work toward a continuous improvement model with all of our training
  • Drive compliance tracking for each site and post, down to the shift level, ensuring that officers working posts have the appropriate clearance for that post
