OVERALL ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION:
· Provide support and maintenance for the NGA PERSEC programs through process improvement initiatives
· Assist with the day-to-day execution of NGA PERSEC and improve related processes
· Offer agency-level technical expertise in personnel security disciplines and standard operating procedures
· Prepare and deliver PERSEC program briefings, reports, and whitepapers
· Support process improvement initiatives and maintain security guidance for NGA PERSEC
· Work with leadership and other NGA teams on program requirements and regulations
· Update and manage internal databases and files related to process improvements
· Provide timely support to internal and external customers and resolve any questions or issues
· Utilize security principles to analyze and improve processes
REQUIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE:
· 11+ years of experience with DoD/IC process improvement, including automation with PERSEC systems
· Bachelor’s degree OR additional 8 years of experience in process improvement
· Active TS/SCI Clearance
· Strategic process improvements techniques and mapping (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean Management, Agile Management, etc.)
· Extensive experience in application of process improvement techniques, methodologies, and associated tools
· Experience designing new processes and reviewing current processes for efficiencies and developing execution plans for recommended improvements
· Strong communication and organizational skills
Salary: $135k - $150k
