What You'll Do: Perform access control duties by verifying identification and/or credentials of individuals entering the location to help to deter unauthorized entry. Provide customer service by communicating security-related procedures and responding to inquiries in a professional manner. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific policies and procedures. Carry out regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential security-related concerns. Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized removal of property and/or products from the location. Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and site protocols. Support emergency response activities by guiding employees and/or visitors during drills and real emergencies as directed by site leadership and Allied Universal protocols. Collaborate with on-site staff and local authorities as needed to address security-related needs or incidents at the food and beverage location. Minimum Requirements: A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
