What You'll Do: Operate dispatch communications systems to receive, prioritize, and relay information to security-related personnel and relevant parties at the location. Monitor surveillance equipment and alarm systems to identify and communicate potential security-related concerns within the facility. Coordinate responses to incidents and/or emergencies, providing clear, calm instructions and maintaining communication with field personnel. Document all incidents, calls, and dispatch activities accurately in logs and reports according to Allied Universal procedures and site-specific requirements. Support site-specific security-related operations by following protocols and procedures, and by providing timely information to security-related teams. Collaborate with on-site staff and external partners to facilitate smooth security-related operations within the aerospace and defense environment. Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by addressing inquiries and assisting with security-related procedures as needed. Minimum Requirements: Active Department of Defense Top Secret clearance is required. Experience with alarm panels, customer service, access control or badge systems, and comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
