What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive location. Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, vehicle storage areas, and perimeter gates to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns. Control access by monitoring entrances, verifying identification and/or authorization as required, and directing visitors to appropriate destinations. Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and public responders as needed. Complete timely reports and logs of patrol activities, incidents, and policy violations, and communicate noteworthy observations to Allied Universal supervision and site management. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
