Job Description As a Security Professional - Distribution Patrol in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a logistics and distribution location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the property. Your role will involve monitoring assigned areas, interacting professionally with staff and visitors, and providing excellent customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.33 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:00 AM - 03:00 PMTue07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations at the logistics and distribution location in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Utilize observation skills to detect and report irregularities such as property damage, suspicious activity, or other security-related concerns. Document and communicate all activities, observations, and incidents according to Allied Universal protocols. Work closely with logistics personnel and visitors to address questions and provide guidance related to site-specific protocols and security-related procedures. Support access control measures by monitoring entrances, verifying credentials, and helping to deter unauthorized access within the location.
