As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a bustling retail and mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for visitors and tenants. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.14 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon12:00 AM - 08:00 AMThur12:00 AM - 08:00 AMFri12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues. Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel. Assist visitors and tenants with directions, information, and general inquiries as needed. Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when required. Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities as directed by Allied Universal policies.
