The Remington (a 93-unit luxury high-rise condominium/residential building) is seeking motivated customer service professionals to join our stellar team. We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Access Control personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. This role requires a proactive approach to surveillance, conflict management, and the ability to respond effectively to anything that may arise.

• Monitor and operate surveillance systems, including CCTV, to ensure the safety of the facility.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
• Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing de-escalation techniques when necessary.
• Log in Packages
• Answer phone calls
• Write emails
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 per week
