JOB SUMMARY
The Minnesota Sex Offender Program serves clients who are court ordered to receive sex offense specific treatment via the civil commitment process. Program staff provide comprehensive services including therapy, education programming, therapeutic recreation, vocational programming and volunteer services to clients in a therapeutic environment where safety and security are at the forefront of all campus activities.
The Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP) is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as the Security Program Manager at Community Preparation Services (CPS) in St. Peter, MN.
MSOP- CPS is a less restrictive, unlocked residential setting located outside of the secure perimeter.
In this role, you’ll manage and direct staffing and security process at CPS so that the facility and departmental goals are met while prioritizing the safety of the public and our clients. As the Security Program Manager, you are responsible for continuous development, implementation, evaluation and improvement of the security of the CPS facility.
