ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • Security License (NSW 1A)
  • Full NSW Drivers Licence
  • First Aid and CPR (current)
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency Card (current)
  • SEINS (or willing to obtain)
  • Traffic Control and Implement Traffic Management Plan certificates/cards (or willing to obtain)
  • White Card (or willing to obtain)
  • Fire Warden (or willing to obtain)
  • Customer service experience
  • Superior communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Exceptional personal presentation
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to work 24/7 rotating roster
  • Working With Children Check.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking full time Security Rangers in metropolitan Sydney across multiple workplace environments – we have a workplace to suit you!
Please note: this role requires Security Guards/Security Officers who have a valid NSW 1A Security Licence and have held the licence for a minimum of 12 months.
You will be doing something different day to day and will focus on providing excellent customer service, patrolling and securing facilities and assets, maintaining public safety and monitoring regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Provide visitor customer service, direction, and information
  • Protect physical assets, which includes regular pedestrian and vehicle patrols
  • Monitor and guide the behaviour of people in places
  • Observe facilities to reduce risk and maintain public safety
  • Respond to incidents as first responder
  • Prepare general security records and reports
  • Provide facility access control
